Rubbermaid Spill Mop
Description
Remove hazards quickly.
Spills happen unexpectedly, creating hazards for patrons and staff which need to
be cleaned up as quickly as possible to avoid injuries. Using a string mop and bucket
can be time consuming and leaves the floor wet. Spill Mop makes it easier to quickly
remove liquid spills, leaving the floor dry faster.
The Australian Work Health and Safety Strategy 2012–2022 has identified the
accommodation and food services industry as a priority to reduce the high number
of work-related injuries and illnesses. It records around 7,000 serious claims per
year, which accounts for 6% of the total number of serious claims in Australia.

Each pad is made with highly absorbent material designed for quickly removing liquid biohazard spills.
Absorbed liquid is turned to gel, trapping it inside to prevent leaks and drips
Each pad holds up to 940mls of water or 400mls of NaCl 0.9%
